fabric softner on towels?
Who here has heard of the idea that you're NOT supposed to use fabric softner when washing the towels you wax with. Someone told me that wax and fabric softner don't mix. (fabric softner would remain on the towels when you dry them)
What about cotton towels that I dry with only, does this apply too? Also, what if by chance a towel gets mixed in with a load of regular laundry which contains fabric softner? Can I just re-wash the towel without fabric softner and it will be the same as before? |

Re: fabric softner on towels?
In general, fabric softeners and/or dryer sheets leave a chemical in your towels that will affect the performance of your towels. Just wash your detailing/buffing towels again.
