Climate Control Installation?

what tools is needed to complete this hardworking task? How long does it take? How do you do it? :P lol jp, but yea, how hard is it? i got another climate control from a 91 CRX SI (i have a 90 CRX DX), and i want to put the 91 SI climate control in my DX. What do i have to do to get the old one out and put in the new one. ( my old one's knob is broken) Thanks.

the Si's have motorised switches, so the complete Ducting will be needed to get up and running, this is a pretty big job since you are going from manual to electronic motorised, I would just Gut a SI and see how it comes appart to put it back together in the same way.

doh, i thought the 90 n' 91 climate controls were the same, just that the Si's have AC buttons and the DX doesn't.

they're all alike. just have to undo the 4 screws from the front, then theres 4(?) more that hold it together from the back.

Kinda a PITA considering that the panel is wider than the metal bracket.......... might need to bend it to get the new panel in without cracking.
