Re: zc sohc....

Do some nice suspension mods. Its easier to make a slow car handle well instead of trying to make a slow car fast.

yea built up handling braking stuff like that so you can use all your new power once you swap turbo etc. But if you want a b16 can be done swapped in for like 2k if you can get good deals.

Can i do suspension work when the springs are cut on the car? They were like that when i bought it......i think i want to stick with the zc and not with the b16....my car has potential, but no money to help that....soon i will be making some money...so half will go into the car....i still dont understand why my car is such a dog......other than the clutch, wires and the vc gasket, pretty much everything is new under the hood......wtf is wrong with my car?????

cut springs BAAAAD. Swap them i got some for ya if you want good ones too. If you wanta stick with ZC i'd say move up to DOHC. SOHC can be done.

Re: zc sohc....

I'd get rid of those springs & get good stuff(springs/shocks).

Your car can seem very slow when the clutch slips. Whats happens when you accelerate with the clutch partially engaged? Your car is slow, Same result if the clutch is shot.
