Is it your only car? If not then swap it for a 280ZX, they are really fun.

#1 The Camaro is out, it can't handle the heat of this country.
#2 So much for "The Camaro is out...", I found one which is tuned to handle the heat and its 1995 for 2.5K, its not my final decision though.
#3 Camaro is out, someone bought it before me.
#4 Found a 300ZX 1986 in good condition for 2400, will take it for a check up on thursday.

i have several cars and had even more.

right now I own a 240SX, Taurus SHO, 87 Mustang 5,0, 83 V6 vert mustang, a smashed up 5.0 too.

I had a 240Z, 280ZX turbo, 300ZX turbo, several subaru turbo wagons

I want to keep the v6 stang because it was my first car, im not sure what gears are in it now but i'll check out the 4.10s i think i can get them out of the smashed stang im pretty sure it has them.

How will the car ride with the 4.10's? I never driven a car with them before.

Hello ShinRekka,

I am currently asking a similar question in another thread. I stumbled across this website. It has a spreadsheet describing RPM, M.P.H., and gearing.

That's a pretty good site! Only thing I noticed was that it stated stock gears were either 3.08's or 3.27's, but 2.73 was also an option.

the Zx's were very fun, the 240SX was the funnest, it had incredible handling. I had plans to turbo charge it but i got backed into by a dumptruck. Truthfully I'd rather sell my mustang, and get another 240SX and turbo charge it, they make incredible course cars. Their incredibly fun to drive. I know its only 4 cylinder but the turbo makes up for it. You guys got to keep in mind that all the import cars are watered down before they reach the market. A Japanese 240SX (180SX) can run 12's on the stock engine with a boost controller and proper feul management, plus they have good enough handling to take out anyone in the mountains. I can think of a single import car that hasnt been watered down, even the hondas. Ever have a car were the rev limit was 9grand? Civic Type R's come like that in japan. I know I know when most of you picture imports you think of civics with altezza's and aluminum wings with massive mufflers, but i've also seen cust as much domestics like that, That is RICE and it gives imports a bad name and it is also very stereotypical because now at this point even people with a stock jap car people call them Rice and i cant stand for it no longer. How many of you would rather have a car that sounds like a Jet than a throaty exhaust sound. I'd rather have a Turbo 4 then a V8 but i take what i can get. Once i reck the stang im gonna get another nissan. But hopefully that wont be for long.

On another note the SHO's yamaha V6 sounded incredible at full throttle

When arguments arise regarding a car's final port of departure, I must contend that it is the front-wheel drive enthusiast's attitude that causes conflict. I have attended many types of car shows that have encompassed various makes and models. In my opinion, fans of the front-wheel drivetrain have a noticable tendency to display an insecurity complex. This insecurity does not present itself as greatly in fans of rear-wheel drivetrains (i.e. 240sx, Mustang ). For example, there is a forum here in AutomotiveForums.com that specificaly dedicates itself as an arena for Honda drivers to bash on Mustang cars. However, I have not seen a similar arena for the opposing viewpoint.
ShinRekka, your choice of cars is indicates that you are knowledgeable about the advantages of rear-drive cars for performance purposes. I'm glad that you choose cars based on physics rather than the location of the head corporate office.

My SHO is front wheel drive, i like front wheel drive cars but would rather have rear because i think it is funner, I couldnt care less if my car was the fastest, it just has to be fast to me and has to be fun as well as take a beating. Personaly I wouldnt mind having an integra or prelude

I feel the same you do about rear drives being more fun to drive. They usually have a little bigger margin of safety when it comes to understeer. I owned a 1993 Prelude and when going fast through a tight corner, the car understeers harshly then the tail sometimes swings out wildly. This can be terrorizing because your car is basically doing a 180 degree spin while the front wheels are hopping frantically and your car is facing oncoming traffic.
