I don't believe so - in one of the photos that tvrfreak took of this car on a lift in the McLaren garage, the rotors are simply slotted steel discs. The GTRs only wore carbon rotors during the long distance races like the 24Hrs of LeMans and 1000KM Suzuka race. Even during the normal BPR and FIA GT races, they still wore steel rotors. I'm not sure the regulations of those series allowed for the carbon brakes.
Carbon brakes of that type don't work well for street applications anyway as they don't bite nearly as well when they are cold. That's why the carbon rotors you see being employed in street applications now on cars like the Porsche 911 Turbo and Mercedes Benz CL55 AMG F1 used a carbon/ceramic combination.
