Interior painting
I test drove a 92 civic which is pretty suped up looks wise, he has the interior painted white with red accents, in small places smaller than the palm of your hand there's a little bit of paint chipping or seperation I guess you call it. I'm wondering if I can just buy some interior paint and paint over it, and also if I were to repaint the entire interior (well just the red accents) how much would it cost for a shop to do, and how much for just me to do it myself?

If I were you, I'd remove the pieces that you can, sand them, clean...sand again if needed...and clean. Make sure they're 100% clean. After they have dried for a while, throw a few coats of Krylon as Mogg said, or you can use that Interior paint stuff from Autozone. I'm not sure how much it costs', but I've seen very good results from friends that have used it. Good luck..
