I'd say it has every chance of being true. its all about what you've been exposed to. At age 5 my nephew could use every switch button etc in all our cars and even START the cars. At 3 he was using the stereo's in the house. A bong is MUCH simpler to learn, its Darwin by the way, never seen so many wasters and I've also seen two 7 or 8 yr old girls in Nimbin smoking pot with a 30yr old guy. Disturbing shit.
