my 97 integra
i got a question. I have a 97ls. and i have exhaust(OBX) just the muffler no pipes, and intake(AEM). What would be my best bet to boost hp? money is an issue to an extent, but i mean, i know nothings cheap.
i figure i havnt added much hp with those 2 things, maybe 1 or 2, but the sound is there now...but now i want hp...so give me some ideas, thanx Nick |

1st thing u can do is go out an weld that muffler onto some 2 1/4 inch piping, because its not giving u any gains with the stock pipes.
2nd, if u want the cheapest power possible, go get urself a 50 shot of nitrous. if u don't want to go that route, then i'd suggest a header, clutch, test pipe etc... all aren't too expensive.

well you're right on knowing that nothing is cheap. The only real gains you are going to see is by F/I (nitrous, SC, Turbo). i would suggest the nitrous if your just wanting to go a little faster here and there.

i've heard horror stories that nitrous jax up your engine...i dunno a whole bunch about it...so i dunno...but i dont know if that would be the fix for me, cause i like to have the tourque along with the speed...so we'll see...i've thought about turbo'ing it..
