Also, Whats do you guys think of tamiya basic putty for filling the gap?

I used it on my Purgeot and was pretty dissapointed........it shrinks a whole lot.

Any sugestions would be appreciated!

black with red and white decals. those pics that someone posted before of that blac s15 with 180sx front were amazing. I wouldn't really give them candy colour...

Spoolin those two cars are insane! I'm not sure anyone has touched that conversion yet. Congrats on being the first, it looks like they are both going to be awesome. Best of luck on the two.

Update!

Quick update!

I glued the two cars today (was out all day so didnt have time to putty)

Im thinking of filling the body line like shown below:
(putty in red circle)



For my 4th model ever im realy happy! I think im in this hobby for a while!

It goes from front to back. A 1580 is a 180 with S15 front. Just like a Sil-Eighty is a 180 with a silvia (S13) front.
