Thanks to the few people that answered my question, and whatever for the people that assumed that i am going to rice up my car, or some similar thought.

I am not VERY knowledgable about hooking cars up, but from my limited knowledge, i thought it was caused by an aftermarket turbo when the rpm drops, as a guess (guess my guess is somewhat off), but what threw me off from that guess was that the damn wrx was going like 15 mph, so i mentioned about the clutching part... didnt think about the bov.

i do go to school and do not get on the computer 24/7, i cannot reply during the mornings and afternoons, and if i dont reply it doesnt mean that i do not know what you guys are talking about.
