Are you being serious? It works exactly like it does on a car with any other type of transmission, except that it has an auto.

It actually should give you more consistent boost, since the transmission is shifting for you and you don't have to take your foot off the gas. There shouldn't be any difference though. It won't sound as cool, but that's about it.

it will kill your honda auto tranny...happened to me and happened to others...honda auto are built for econo use not performance at the least..you might wanna build your tranny etc.,..
