pic in signature

how do i get a pic in my sig?? when i go to the add and image button i can only get the text or the title of the image? sorry i put it here but seems my ? would get anwsered quicker here than in those forums below.

You have to host the pic on the net somewhere like imagestation.com or something then do the rest

2)Upload your picture
3)Use the address it gives you for the picture
4)Use these tags to put the image in:
