specs of prelude plz

i need the original specs of '97 prelude. i searched some websites and they just confuse me. the showrooms where i live don't sell preludes so we have to import specially from japan not knowing the specs or anything. i am getting a deal for a used '97 prelude for about $2500 after the currency change. well prelude always looked good so i wanna get it but i need to find out how much power it packs i mean how many horses?

The link above is only for 4th gen Preludes and 5th gen specs are not listed there!

I don´t know if there was a "base model" available in Japan like the ones in the US or Europe (with about 190-200hp) but the two JDM 5th gen Preludes I know about had about 220hp (Type-S with ATTS and SiR-S Spec with LSD).

But where do you live that you HAVE to import it from Japan?? And $2500 is not very much for a `97 Prelude so I´m wondering what is wrong with this car!? I would try to get more informations about the car if I were you!

I wanted to change the topic yesterday but then I had to do some other stuff first and forgot it then.

yeah just go to www.edmunds.com look it up for your year, your model, trim etc. It's inside the specs tab under the Standard Features. I really like this website. you can look up specs of other cars before you race them.

I can't seem to find the specs tab, nor can i find anything that mentions Standard Features. Please help me out here, 'cause i would love to know the specs on many cars. Thanks.

Never mind, I found it. It just took me a while; i'm a little slow today !!!
