PSP8.0 or PSE2.0??

Just went to Costco and saw Paint Shop Pro 8.0 for $50 and they had Photoshop Elements 2.0 for $60. I just wanted some opinions on which is better for choppin and why you think so. So if anyone has tried these two, or even just one, let me know what you thought of them,or it. I'm asking cause I don't have a spare $600 sittin around to buy the 'real' Photoshop.
Right now I'm working with Adobe Photodeluxe Business edition and I think its holding me back. Theres not really an airbrush tool and everything else is just kinda basic.
I appreciate all the feedback....

if you look around on the internet, you can zoom around to a site where you can download things for a low price.
