Good deal on EVOs?

5 Racing Hart CR-evo 17x7 rims, and 4 Yokohama AVS ES100 Tires mounted for 1 grand. This a good deal?

Hell yeah that is! Just the wheels alone are worth almost that much.

How are those tires in terms of handling? Right now I have Toyo Proxes (FZ4). Much worse than my old kuhmo ecstas.

Oh yea, did I mention the tires have a trasferrable road hazard warranty from discount tire?

Excellent. I have Es100's on my Civic right now, and the grip with them is hands down, awesome! Drifters and auto-X'ers alike both use this tire. It's probably the best grip tire for an import just behind the Falken Azenis. I talked with a rep from Advan Tires (Yokohamas JDM leg of the corporation) told me that the ES100's are the best tires that they make in the Yokohama line.
