so you want this?

do you have much of this? $$$$$$$$$$$

if you really want a fairly bolt on kit, I can make one for you. Here's what you would need to do though.
Remove fenders, hood, bumper cover, bumper, radiator support. The hard part about that is removing the radiator support, to do that you will need a drill. If you look on your radiator support you will see hundreds of little welds on there, they will be in the shape of tiny circles such as these

take your drill and drill the welds out like this

and then you will need to weld the integra radiator support onto your car, just make a bunch of little tac welds. The rest of the kit will be bolt on. Contact my brother at [email protected] if you're interested.
here's a 94 civic with a 98 front end that my brother and cousin did, it's fairly the same thing, cut and weld fenders, weld front end on, lign everything up.

Yeah...not just a simple bolt on...You would need the entire front end to make the conversion complete..and would still need to modify it...or totally modify your front end using your existing fenders/hood...big job but I've seen ti years ago in superstreet or subcompactcar...
Good luck...
