Braided brake lines
I'm having some trouble with the search, but I was wondering if anyone had any tricks for making realistic braided hoses. I want to do all the brake and radiator lines on my 1/12 Yam R1 but I'm not sure how to do it. Any ideas?

Draw strings to blinds painted silver for the radiator hoses, and guitar strings painted black or steel for the brake lines?
