New Order

Just made my second HLJ order today.. still item are not in stock but I hope to get them fast.

Order:
Aoshima Bomex RX-7
Fujimi Wald Altezza (expensive and not stock)
Tamiya Primer
Gundam Marker (no stock)

The only plan so far is for the Altezza that will have a GT WIng (the last SAS wing I have) no idea on color or anything

any comment ? also i'm looking for the review of the bomex Rx-7.. I know someone make it, but the search engin with the new forum really don't work as it should and can't find anything

thanks

Finally everything is in stock.. I just added a Museum Collection 1/24 Carbon Fiber sheet.. will see if it's good

I have the white Bomex RX7, it's decent (Aoshima makes the best curbside RX7, with complete interior and door panels) but the best way to add the body kit would be to remove parts of the body rather than layering them, the plastic is just a bit too thick. To make it look best requires the same amount of work as adding an SAS body kit, where you have to do some careful cutting and re-applying the custom body panels. It'll be worth the effort.

Similar to what i was doing with the C-West FD http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/t63655.html

But even so, this Bomex version is an improvement and the sides don't look too bad at all if just stuck onto the body. It does end up overlaping the door panel line though.

Looks good man. Can't wait to see what they look like when they are done.
