the passenger front power door lock isnt working on my gf's 96 civic lx
the wires going into the solenoid are recieving voltage, and it seems like the solenoid is clicking when i activate the locks (its hard to distinguish if its the other locks or not)
so i was trying to take the whole solenoid/latch mechanism out, following the haynes, but i couldnt undo the rod going from the outside handle to the latch, nor could i remove the outside handle completely
how can i get the damn thing out?
if it does need to be replaced where would a good place to get a new one be, how much should i expect to pay?
