Intakes
I was considering replacing my stock intake n my 96 Maxima and I read a post where the guy says that the only noticeable change is the sound. Being that I have an automatic is there any truth in this? Shouldn't the gas mileage get better also?

Hey man, I just put a POP charger on my 95 auto max last night, and I could tell a huge difference. It's pretty loud at about 4000 rpm and up but, really quiet for normal driving. I think my cas milage will improve, but nothing drastic. The throttle response got tons better too. I thought my maxima was slow, but it sure feels a hell of a lot quicker now.
 Hope this helps ya out.
