me (2000 maxima SE, auto, only mods are kn filtercharger and 1 1/4 inch lowering) and my best friend (1995 volvo 850 turbo, bone stock). We got to this long stretch of road that was exactly 1.3 miles long and we decided that we would race for 1 mile from a standing start. Well my other friend flagged and I wasted him off the line and had about 2 carlengths immediately. I was able to hold that gap up until about 3/4 of the way through 3rd gear (about 100 mph) until he started to gradually gain on me. By the mile mark we were side by side going 115 mph!!! None of us knew who one because we were both scared shitless running 8 inches apart at 115 miles an hour, and neither of us were looking anywhere but straight ahead, but it is safe to say that it was a pretty good race. I figure once I get my stillen intake in mid december, I should be able to spank him
