94 Tamiya Benz S600 AMG, nearly completed! Plus what I'll do next

Just needs the finishing touches, then it's onto finishing up on the `55 Chevy, after that Superbird then Superbee, then I'm redoing my 1964 Impala lowrider(It's got 20s up front and 21s out back this time ) I'm quite aware that there is only half the plastic cover on the engine, the other half just snapped off for some reason glad I didn't have to buy this kit.

Enjoy for now it'll be finished by Saturday. I'll delete this thread when it's done.

Full details so far of the `64 Impala so far are as follows:

1994 Impala front and back seats
20 inch Torque Thrusts up front and 21 inchers out back
Planned Tamiya light metallic blue paint (same as my Camaro)
Polished straight pipes
New engine (undecided but it will be between 283ci and 350ci)
Possibility of a TV in the boot
4 pump hydro setup or airbag system
Left swing boot hinges
Right swing bonnet hinges
Possibility of a sunroof
Shaved badges(already done)
If you have any other suggestions or ideas pelase state them here, I'll be going to my dad's house the day I finish the Benz.
Thats about all I can think of right now, I'll be working on the 64 next week, that's the good thing about having seperated parents, get to have double the projects going

I always look for your threads MMP, your projects are some of my favourites around these parts. it may be a benz, but damn it looks tough. why not do something different with the impala? like a 302 chev with cross ram induction and a four speed electronic shifter? how's that for ingenuity?

how about the drivetrain from a new vette?

if the car is trying to be of a more modern interpretation, a fresh young drivetrain always complements the exterior modifications. I say go for the corvette mechanicals(put in some big arse anchors too!)

only problem with a new style vettte drivetrin you might need to lengthen the driveshaft or shorten it to correct the wheelbase.

Sorry guys but I'm stickin old school, it's a Lowrider, doesn't have to go fast, but it has to have class. I'm going for a 283ci small block chevy from a Revell Parts Pak keep it simple, and chrome . I'm also going to finish off my `94 Impala SS that I've 'opened up'. It's going to be completely blue with a 4 pump setup with hoppin hydro rims.
On the weekend I also picked up a `63 Impala SS Lowrider which will be red and white with white interior, all gold Daytons with spinners and some pinstripes on the boot and bonnet. The `64 on the other hand, I don't know about colours, most likely dark green with some custom interior work. The `64 and the Benz abd the `55 Chevy are all on hold because I have the urge to finish the `63 and the `94 now
