New Brake, Noise?

I have a 1997 BMW 740i, I recently installed new brakes, pad and rotors. I have a noise coming from the front brakes. When the brakes are applied I hear a intermitant rubbing sound as the car stops (vibrating).

Any reason for the noise? I thought the rotor was warpped, but replace them and still the same noise but quiter then the first rotor. What have I done wrong? Help please.

Thanks

Assuming you broke the brakes in following your brake pad manufacturer's recommendation, what was your old pad? What was your new pad?

If you switched from a ceramic pad to an agressive semi-metallic pad this may explain or even from an OEM pad to an agressive semi-met pad this may explain the noise.
