Question engine rebuild...

OK, I am not an engine n00b but I am a Honda n00b... i am buying a block with all the internals because i seized my existing one. what else do i need to buy? i know i will probably need another head gasket - etc... and i also need some helpful hints on carrying out this installation - i have all the tools i will need i just need to know what to expect and how to avoid some common problems... thanks alot...

just a new bottom end? it would be a good idea to replace an obvious o-rings and replace the rod and main bearings if it has over like 80k miles on it, which i doubt being that new of an engine, if you decide to take the bearings out, mark where they came from, each bearing has a color code on it so you want to match that up with rod or main that it came from
