It's gorgeous, duh. But this car is such a throwback to Ferraris of old. Not just the classic layout (frontV12-rear drive), but the styling cues. Check these pictures.

Okay, those vents behind the front wheel wells, and basically the entire front end! Even that hood scoop is reminiscent of that on a 250 S or a 410 superamerica. I really think that Ferrari *cough~pininfarina~cough* has the greatest styling.

Thumbs up

Ferrari GT's (250, 275) also had small hood scoops as well.

That's what I've been saying! The 550 is Ferrari's vintage-styled car, much like the 2001 T-Bird (except the 550 kicks ass!). I used to think the 550 was ugly, now I think it is one of the most beautiful cars ever. Especially in Titanium with bordeaux interior! Ohhhh, goshhh....

In my opinion, the 550 isn't styled at all like the Thunderbird. The thunderbird seems to be an old car, remade to reflect modern times. The 550, on the other hand, is totally modern, but takes styling cues from it's ancestors. I see your point, though.
