electrical issue

I recently swapped the original Bose headunit (that was defective) with another Bose from the same year. I didn't disconnect the battery before doing so and in the process burnt out something in the elecrical system. Here's the symptoms..

No alarm
No pwr windows/locks
No int wiper (the other settings work)
No open door chime (in no hurry to get that one back)
No door ajar light (but works when I turn it on)
No rear defrost

If anyone has any ideas where to begin, I'd really appreciate it. None of the obvious fuses are fried, I'm wondering if I need to check every single fuse, or it could be a relay that got burnt. I don't especially want to pay the dealership 55$/hr until I've exhausted all other resources.
