If you want the MSP height shifter in your Protege ES or MP5? follow these simple steps... first remove shift boot and console cover. Remove shift knob, and use a tempered steel screwdriver to screw off the shifter riser. Put the boot and console cover back on and return the shift knob to its new short throw friend!!! IT is really that easy. (Though ot may be really hard to unscrew the riser.)
