you really 'want to dual'? I'm confused as to what that means.

As to the easiest swap, get a b18b or b18c of some sort... b17 would work too... all of them pretty much just drop on in.

Engines I would suggest, why, estimated cost for a complete swap, and where they're from:

B16A: 89-91 Civic Si-R I/ CRX SiR, Integra RSi/XSi $1800
DOHC, easy swap, VTEC

B17A1: 92-93 Integra GS-R <couldn't locate for price>
Extremely Cheap, if you can find it, DOHC, easy to put turbo on

B18B: 94-01 Integra RS/LS/GS $2100
Very Cheap, More horsepower than B17, DOHC, even easier to
turbo (sleeve it an you're ready to go)

B18C1: 94+ Integra GS-R $3500
Best top end of these, but at a price, VTEC

F22B: 94-97 Accord EX / 2.2 CL <couldn't locate for price>
Good flat torque that's relatively high. Cheapest of the Cheap,
but hard to find, great for turbo, especially b.c of its SOHC

if I had to pick one, I'd go b18b. Easy to turbo and can always Ls/Vtec it. Long run: you won't be as good as other engines, but its easy to get that thing into 12s land with a turbo b.c they don't need much building to turbo them
