I know this is a dumb question but what is a civic type r front clip? I was looking at a site and it said jdm front clips and just should a picture of a used b16b engine.

Depends but basically from the firewall forward. Some include engines, some include the complete dash, and some don't. Basically used to a make a LHD RHD.

So this place that I saw selling the front clip means that there selling you a rhd engine?

RHD or LHD, the engine doesn't matter. They're probably selling the whole front end of the car, including the engine.
