i have not weighed (guesstimate) it but according to the book the cvcc weighs 1450 lbs with the heavy iron block 1500, mine has the much lighter alum 1200, and i have stipped alot of the excess weight.

ok i i feel a bit stupid, i went and check the weight of my car through my with my factory repair manual, and double checked with an online archive. the stock weight was 1689lbs so i guess my car is about 1489lbs. i remebered the 1489 to be the stock weight and subtracted my 200+ from that. still its pretty dam light woulndt you say

That crazy canuk is Justin, he has 5 or six 1st gens running vtecs. Here is a pic of my 78 cvcc project car. Just rebuilt the motor, 1600 racing cam, weber 32/36, headers.
