mini-me swap for d15b7
I have a 93 dx hatch with the stock d15b7... it's okay.. because my car is pretty light but.. i was thinking about doing a miniswap.... vtec head from an ex/si d16 motor... what gains? changes? modifications should i expect and need?

yeah, yeah i need to know the same thing and also since this is basicly a thread about swapping heads i have a question for you guys too. me and my fiance just bought a 99 civic ex with a d16y8 v-tech, and my question is this, on my d15b7 i noticed yesterday that her head on the 99 had a hose coming out of the head on the back passenger side, now obveously this is the v-tech oil line, well i noticed on my civic ( 94 d15b7 ) head that i have the outlet for the same hose and was wondering is this a v-tech head and someone plugged the hole up or are all the heads equiped with this outlet? and how many ponies does the 99 ex v-tech have? ok one more question, how many ponies will i gain with the dc 4-2-1 headers im gitting in the mail and the cold air ( not short ram )

im not sure off the top of my head but i think the d16y8 ex motor has 127 hp
