1997 honda codes?

My 97 accord keeps giving me code 18. When I look it up the book shows no code 18 it skips from 17 to 20. Does anybody have any Idea what this code is and why the book only list certain codes? It would be greatly appreciated.

i have the same probleme to you with my civic 97. it's giving me code 45 and it's not show in the book
