looking for a security system and interior hook up

I own a 94 integra and am trying to redo the interior. I've noticed that any hooked up interior has the dash in exotic colors. My question is, are those colors painted on or are they custom made? The real reason to why im writing is because im also shaving the door handles to my car completing the exterior work on my car and realized that i won't be able to get in any longer if i do that. Is there an alarm that will allow me to open my doors without using door handles? Please get back at me with some info
