Yep i agree with you 100%!!

Yes, the amount of power produced is directly related to the amount of fuel/air that is being combusted in the cylinders. More fuel/air = more power.

There is SOOOOOOOO.... much more. Just read around this and other forums, you can learn alot, but don't take everything in forums to heart, there is a good amount of BS. If you want an informative read, check out the Honda Builders Handbook I and II, and Honda/Acura engine performance ( by Kojima ), both are pretty solid.

It will not make more power, but it will help the motor put more of it's power to the ground. I motor makes a certain amount of power, then through the drivetrain and emissions equipment that power is reduced. By freeing up the airflow, you let the motor work towards it potential. In order to actually make more power you have to rebuild things in the inside, cams, pistons, rod stroke, etc...or you can go boost, by forcing more fuel/air into your motor it makes more power, but you should strengthen the internals, since it (motor) is working much harder than it was designed for.

To the original starter of the thread:
There is a reason there is no aftermarket for the D15, because it sucks! I have to earn all my money to go toward my vehicles buddy, so stop bitching and save your money for some kind of swap. You can't boost the engine, it will blow up. It might be able to handle a whopping 25 HP shot of N20, more and it will blow up. It was built so weak from the factory, it was not meant for any kind of performance anyway-only for economy. So stop trying to mod that engine, you are wasting your time. And there is no way you are making 135 HP off those mods you listed. Your car makes 102 HP from the factory, bolt ons only add 2 or 3 HP each on that crappy engine.
SOHC, non-VTEC, only 1.5L=WORTHLESS PIECE OF CRAP
