Unhappy Bought a 94 civic 2door No badges?

How do I tell wich model I have?

I ask this cause I thought I had an EX, I went to Kragens to get a fuel filter and when I said I have a 1994 Civic EX/DX the gave me a filter (G7559) with 1 port on top and 1 on the bottom, I purchased it went out to the car to look it over.
There not the same I went back inside we looked at the computer the book and its the right filter for that model and year!
The attendent said let me check out the 1994 Civic Si filter he looked it up! Bam that's the 1!

Know I'm confused I thought I had an EX/DX! The car has no badges any were the pink slip says nothing of the model except 2 door civic!

How do I know what I have?

I want to post a pick but digi broke,my sister has 1 but shes @ Disney land for the the past week & a 1/2.

Any clues guys!

First off the EX and Si are closer in similarities than the EX and DX, in fact all engine parts are the exact same so what the hell parts store was this? Unless you have a moonroof, D16Z6, and power everything you have a DX.

i agree, check the motor code...also, if ur side mirrors are black (an the rest of the car isn't) along w/ the side panels, its a dx.
