Digifant-II or CIS-E whats better for A2 jetta

I have two engines that do run and neither is in my stock 1989 jetta body. I need to put one in so what is the better system. Also is there a difference in the cylinder heads or are the two interchangeable. What motor and fuel system is better for 1/4 mile drag racing?
Please help me.
