Question is this street legal?

hey i'm hoping to be able to post this picture but its my first time tryin to post pics but i wanna know if this is leagal and if so if they make em for 88-91 civics too.

street legal? yes. Carb Legal? No idea.

those are supposed to look like you have an intercooler, which i personally think is a little fairy, but hey, to each his own.

dont even waste your money, get a regular cold air intake kit with a bypass valve from AEM, therortically your car would run worse with that on there also, for one a huge leaf or something could just get stuck to it and block the whole thing up, second it cuts down airflow to your radiator so that doesnt get cooled off properly, and third, you will be hated on forever for trying to think you have an intercooler.

dont worry, ill look even stupider to make u look better. i saw that on a civic down in ocean city with that thing, thought he had a turbo, and asked him how much boost he was runnin lol. i felt like more of a ricer than he was

i remember seeing this one kid with one at school before he sold it.....it was freakin huge everyone seriously thought it was turbocharged cuz it was big as hell the size of a intercooler, turns out it was just the intake

cold air intake, and progressive doesn't care if you tune your car for more power... they don't i asked them they said it would always be the same no matter what.
