Tomei SR22 Kit

Does anybody know if the Tomei SR22 kit is for all motor or turbo applicatons. I know the JUN SR22 Kit is designed for turbo applications.

I'd assume that it would be benefitial either way, N/A or turbo. However, it may be more advanageous with a turbo because the increases displacement witll help spool a turbo quicker, or help you run a larger turbo, with about the same spoolup time. If this makes sense? Right now these kits are so expensive tat not many people have them, and i truthfully havn't heard too much about their beneefits (or how much power and torque they produce.) Hope this makes some sense.

Well, my thinking is that, if it were deigned to be run with a turbo it would have a negative effect on power if you don't have a turbo (IE: if it were designed for a turbo it would have lower compression pistons). I want to go all motor.

If the kit comes with low compression pistons and such for a turbo application then yes it would not work so well on a N/A motor. However if it bumps up the displacement without changing the compression then it should be better than a regular 2.0l motor.

Oops... yeah, I just assumed that the compression would stay the same. higher would of coursefavor n/a, where a lower compression would allow you to run more boost with a turbo setup.
