Question Oil lines and other small parts?

Okay guys in a few months im going to sell my current car for a civic hatch 88-91 or maybe 92-95 dependin on prices..anyways i plan on possibly adding a turbo to the d16z6 (swapped into the 4th gen) but instead of going out and just buying a bolt on im thinking of pieceing all the parts together my self ..now heres my questions

ive never driven a turbo car,so all i know is what ive read ,researched and been told. i understand all the major parts for a turbo pretty much but what i dont understand fully is THE OIL LINES!!!! and all the other small misscellaneous parts!!!

so any info on that would be appreciated..im gonna be in no huge rush to put it on so time wont be a problem i just dont want to think i have all the pieces and then be without something major when its half way on .

thanks JeDi

oh ya ill have more questions soon and i searched before anyone tries to say that .

ok yeah you'll need to route one oil line to get oil to the turbo....so you'll have to split a line that will go to the tubo....and from the turbo into the oil pan....into which you'll have to drill a hole.....

one way is to get an oil filter relocation kit....this will help you change the oil filter very easily plus it will provide an easy place to split an oil line for the turbo.....

Please do not drill a hole. This will almost always leave shavings in the pan unless you clean the shit out of it and remove the pan's lining. Just use a punch, or clean the shit out of it.

You will need to make a Tee from your oil sending unit to the turbo, use either brake lines(bending them properly) or steel braided hose, which is what I use.

For the return line use at LEAST 3/4" high temp oil hose. Be sure it has enough room to flow, the oil will have been spun around and made frothy by the time it gets here, w/o enough flow back to the oil pan it will cause the seals to go bad in the turbo.

Okay thanks for the info guys...now what about the piping of the turbo and all the little nuts and bolts and small parts people dont really put into consideration until they are left with a part missing?..

also umm...ive heard something about saab turbos not being a good choice im just not sure why?..also in an estimate after getting all the parts new or used ..will it end up costing me the amount of a bolt on kit or less? keep in mind im gonna try to use as much used /junkyard parts as i can ..considering their condition .
