My clutch has been slipping for a while now and I've been meaning to get it fixed. The other night I was driving through my neighborhood and every time I let the clutch out the car would shake. The next morning I tried to move it and when I started to let out the clutch it shook and stalled. While you have the car running, if you push in the clutch pedal you can hear rattling coming from the transmission. Also, while running, with the clutch pedal fully out, you can put the car into any gear without grinding. Is my clutch completely destroyed or is my transmission dead?
-Thanks.
