1996 Legacy GT 2.5L Heater Problems

I've got 1996 LEgacy GT 2.5L AWD

The problem is that there is no heat. The fan blows cold air. A/C works great, but it does not help when it is below 20 outside. Any I can check/do myself?

The antifreeze level is full, radiator is full.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

my friends saab had the same exact problem bud try looking to see if all the wires and hose are connected thats what fixed his problem
