Is it possible to do this??

Alright I just bought myself another car, but now I am looking at a 98 Neon and I had to know something. Could I possibly put a wide body kit on it?? The thing that gave me the idea was the poster in the July `03 issue ofSuper Street . That thing rocked and since I don't have enough change to but a new SRT-4, I figured I would go wide body fenders and do a head and taillight conversion, not to mention the grill and bumper. Think I can do it??

I'm sure they make body kits for your car, but the body parts from the second-generation Neons (including the SRT-4) won't just bolt up to a first-generation car (your 1998).
