I was getting all loaded up for school and some guy stops at my house and starts talking to me. He's all bent out of shape because he thinks there are too many cars at my house parked in the street. He feels that for the number of people living there we have too many. What really pissed me off was he made comments that this is a nice (what he really meant was rich) neighborhood not a used car lot. He made inferences that our house was the eyesore of the neighborhood and that he is better then us. I told him that we live here too and have the right to park in the street. He got all
mad and said he was calling the city. I pulled up the ordinance and as long as we move our cars every 48 hours he has no grounds. We have one car that has no engine parked in the street so we just moved it into the drive way.

I cant believe that he was such a jerk! I'm going to egg his house.... or something.... We have 2 cars and the one that I'm holding for Polygon and my neighbor has 2 cars they drive around and a truck for his business. We don't have too many, he just doesn't understand or care that the house is rented to 2 families and we vehicles just like he does, just not as nice.

While I understand your sentiment, I caution you to walk softly. There may be "covenants" in your housing area that override local statutes. It isn't unusual, especially in more "affluent" neighborhoods.

Also, trying to take revenge for his poor attitude would only be stooping to his level. Be the better man and let it lie... (IMO)

There are no covenants or HOA, The area is extreamly old. The house I live in was made in the 70's. I live at the bottom of the hill, he lives at the top but he drove down the hill this morning to let me know his problem with me.

It's not just me eather. Like i said my neighbor has a few cars and they have friends over all the time too.

maybe he had nothing better to do last time i checked, streets are public property owned and maintained by local government authority. next time he gives you sh!t, have a carton of eggs ready and possibly some tar and feathers as well

park more cars in the street instead of in the driveway. and park poorly closer to the road with the cars you dont' like so much.

and have a video camera ready for when someone hits your car.

Draw a huge cock on his front lawn.....(maybe he'll "get it")

...or get some fake urine from a hunting store to pour down the HVAC inlet on his car..(beer works too)

.....rotten eggs carefully placed under his door mat....

... smear anti-seize on.....yeah, everything. Door knobs, door mat...everywhere....(or dog poop packed in the door handle of his car, you know, whatever. Play it by ear)

....on trash day, take his and scatter it all over his lawn like a dog or raccoon did it...

....take a bunch of ketchup packets from the fast food place and scatter in his driveway....

....if his drive is cement and clean, pour spots of used motor oil on it..

....dump a bag of un-popped popcorn in his exhaust....(some old beer bongs can work good for that).

.....if he has a swimming pool, throw an entire open bottle of dish soap in it. (or two or more)

This is why I love Texas. Shit like this doesn't happen. When you start getting pissed off at some one around here, you learn to choose your words carefully because you might have to back them up. That, and castle law.

Go to an out doors place, see if you can get some gor's blood. Take a syringe, pop it through the weather stripping, and give it a few squirts. Then, go wait by his car. When he pops it open, gets a whiff, and throws up (which he will, there isn't a question on that), tell him that you don't appriciate his all week long benders and coke parties, and that if he is hung over and gonna be sick, at least stay inside and not bring down resale value on the rest of the neighborhood. Or just call the cops and say he touched you in a no no place.
