in australia
in australia cars that are pre1976 are in miles but on ward from that there in km/h which is easier to read,my freind has a 1978 ford falcon 500 it has a genuine 620,000 kms on the clock and still has the original air cond gas in it this car has bn with the same person since new,and is serviced every 5000 kms buy a ford dealer. not bad for an old car

that's an impresive effort!!! i'm curious, for a car that old, how much maintenance etc has he had to put in to keep it in running condition (apart from the servicing etc), changes to original structure/parts??
or is it just bloody reliable!! hehe
