Great job mate.
Good luck until the end...
How you represent the wood in interior?
Thanks!

Re: 70 boss 302 ford mustang

I hate to tell you, that motor won't fit under the hood without the use of the hood scoop that came in the kit. To fit that motor in there, you will have to cut a hole in the hood. I found this out at what appears to be the same time as you...but my chassis and interior didn't look NEARLY as good as yours. haha

I ended up modifying the carbs slightly or removed them, I can't remember. Then I used a cobra style long oval air filter and it fit nicely.

Excellent work, it looks fantastic so far. I think it actually looks better without the rear window slats, I always thought they looked a bit rubbish like a cheap imitation of a Lamborghini Muira rear window. I remember Ford Capri's having them as options here in the UK in the 1970's too! I think it looks nice as it is without the rear spoiler too.

Re: 70 boss 302 ford mustang

hi modellers !!!

last days i find a little time to work on the boss. so i can finished the cap and get it together.

little parts are to do now on the cab, for example the radio antenna. i can see on the fotos, that i have to do more work on the rear.

here i can show you indoor fotoshoots, the outdoor fotos must wait when the snow is going.

the next step to do is motor in the next weeks.

Some parts are made without original template, but for me looks better so.

I hope you like it?

greets juergen

Re: 70 boss 302 ford mustang

Amazing model, congratulations!

A fill questions:

How did you paint it? Spray can or airbrush?

Whats is the reference for the yellow you used for the painting job?

Thanks.

Regards
