ummm, actually, slamming a WRX would be a very bad idea. in fact fucking with the WRX suspension in any way other than upgrading to STI spec is probably going to do more harm than good... everything else seemed pretty cool though

i see what you are saying, but tell that to the rally team...
they slam em for the tarmac races...
and yes, it still has lotsa travel, but they do slam em reeeediculously low for the tarmac races... so its not a bad idea... and seeing as how few to none of the wrx owners in the US are gonna go offroad, dropping it aint so bad...
and yeah i would drop it with a nice coilover setup...

If I bought a WRX, I would make it a point to drive off-road as much as possible.

true...
i would too... but more on gravel or fairly smooth off roading to take advantage of the awd...
not unlike a snow covered parking lot... awd donuts are fun!!:licker:

My WRX wont be in the Safari rally. It would be tarmac, gravel and snow. So slamming would be fine. I would keep the original parts, incase I needed them for something else.
