Exclamation XMAS Tech Help Needed

I got given a big bag of Brazil nuts yesterday.:licker:

I don't have nutcrackers, and I got yelled at for using a hammer on the fireplace. My heavy pliers have seized up,and it's too cold/wet to take them out to the workshop and crush them in the bench vice....

any better ideas?

Find someone who got a bag of firecrackers for christmas. Drill a small hole in the nut, insert one (1) firecracker, light fuse and toss nut into adjacent room. for extra fun, say "hey guys, wanna see something cool?" and flush nut down toilet.

INSPIRED!

I found the vice grips to be just perfect- even better than buying a nutcracker. The design allows the shells to be cracked without pulping the kernels..........
