GMC transsmission trouble

Hey, I'm trying to figure out how to decipher the barcode on a 4L60E transmission from a 1994 GMC 4x4.

I'm looking to buy one to replace the one on my truck that broke down. Someone near by has a transmission that has the barcode:

24202671
Toldedo
5KWD
615KWDY15457696

The barcode on my current transmission is 614KCDY207498
Would the one I'm looking at getting work in my truck?

thanks,
Rose
