Help w/problems on a Concorde

Just wondering what could be wrong with this Concorde that just quit running one day. All the lights work but doesn't turn over. Could it be the ignition switch or the alarm on the vehicle?
Please help with this if you can.

It is 98 and a 3.2 engine
