To see how a deep dish would look on it (as suggested), I got these Techno Racing wheels today.

The front wheels look a bit too small (15 inches) but it looks fine overall.

Re: Cefiro Sports Cruising

them the fujimi rims??? the packaging looks odd. Anyway the style of them looks phat up!!! LOL small rim suits the period of the car. Cant remember larger wheels (17"s 18"s etc) on modifed car till the well late 1990s. Agreed wheel fill on the front arch is a bit rubbish.

I have decided on the color and here it is.

Don't worry, that's just the primer. It will be painted like the box art.
No more progress until next weeked. I hate to wait for the paint to dry. This is why I usually have 2 kits in progress. Guess what's next.

Re: Cefiro Sports Cruising

i really like the wheel choice. suits the car well...bit of a bitch about the front wheel size. but i cant really pick the size diference. its gonna look hot when you've finished it.

Wow! That's different!
I'll have to keep an eye on this one. It's great to see a bit of variety.

Here it is after 2 light coats of "deep red" according to the label (Alfa red?). I hope it gets a bit darker after 2 more coats.
Can't apply more coats now because some particle landed on the fresh paint when I was about to apply the heavy coat.

I think I will leave it like this and forget about the silver on the lower half.
The red did not come out as dark as I would like it to be. Anyway.

where did you get the pink primer??? I know Ferrari uses colored primers when they paint their cars to enhance the overall color. I would really like to get some for my F50
